ABOUT
I have 15 years of experience in this field of expertise. I started almost 20 years ago with AutoCAD, and then did a short stint as a Quantity Surveyor where I learned On-Screen Takeoff, which many of you are probably familiar with. While working in that capacity, I finished schooling with an AS in Building Construction Technology, an AS in Drafting and Design, and a BS in Information Technology. I have drafted and modeled for Architects, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, and even machine shops and PCB stereolithography production. I have had the honor of working with NASA at Earthrise Space, Inc, as part of a business incubator at UCF. We were designing private enterprise missions to the lunar surface. I have had the honor of working with some of the biggest players in the Themed Entertainment sector, here in Orlando. I have also had the distinct privilege of serving as an adjunct professor at Seminole State College, teaching Revit Architecture 1 & 2, as well as Revit MEP. I am well-versed in the cloud environments and telepresence collaboration tools of the trade. In my experience over the last 20 years, I have acquired a unique collection of skills that I would like to make available to your project or firm.
I have been dedicated to the Orlando International Airport South Terminal “C” project for the last 4 years. I was involved in the electrical design and have moved through the construction phase with a company that provides third party VDC/BIM model creation and intense coordination review with the CMAR. I am very proud of what my team and I were able to offer the CMARs; Turner and Hensel Phelps.
