Orlando International Airport Terminal C

Pre-EBIC Experience (2018-2020 at SimRobotics): Jordan held multiple leadership positions including Director of Operations, Chief Modeler, QA/QC Admin, IT Admin, Hardware/Software Consultant, and BIM Manager. In BIM Manager capacity, led team of 4 BIM specialists coordinating 45 trade models across three buildings for Turner-Kiewit JV (Landside) and Hensel Phelps (Airside). Systems included concrete foundations, metal cladding, atrium skylight, tarmac fuel system, runway drainage/grading, Emergency Fuel Shut Off (EFSO), vertical concrete, elevated slabs, boarding pier foundations, masonry, bird netting, miscellaneous metals, gyp wall framing, and acoustical ceiling tiles.

EBIC worked as subcontractor to Southeast Mechanical and Phillips & Jordan Civil Contractors, providing specialized MEP and civil BIM coordination across three themed lands managed by separate general contractors: Hensel Phelps (How to Train Your Dragon land), Yates Construction (Celestial Park), and DPR Construction (Universal Helios Grand Hotel).

Specialized Scan-to-BIM as-built documentation project for Bombardier office fitout located in APM maintenance bay within parking garage structure. Post-retrofit reality capture with full LOD 500 modeling of all trades involved. Project executed by Gomez Construction under Hensel Phelps oversight. EBIC provided comprehensive Scan-to-BIM conversion, managing the complete documentation of this adaptive reuse transformation.
